Bhuvi’s magic spell isn’t working on the Advertising world!

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is a very important player in the current Indian cricket squad. He has single-handedly led India to many victories. Shockingly, despite being so good and popular in the sport, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has hardly signed any brand endorsement deals. Go on Youtube and try looking for ads featuring him, you will understand what I am trying to say here.

What is commendable, however, is that without doing many fancy ads and endorsements, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is still one of the highest paid cricketers in India. As per the Forbes Magazine, Bhuvneshwar Kumar stands on number 52 on India’s 100 richest celebrities list. In 2018 alone, Bhuvi made a whopping 17.26 crores.

So, just by playing amazing cricket, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is making a lot of money. He has promoted three brands so far though. Here a brief on them.

ASICS
Japanese footwear and sports equipment brand, Asics, made Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar its brand ambassadors in August 2018. The duo has majorly featured in digital campaigns and on the ground activities done by the brand in India.

Voter Awareness Campaign
In November 2016, the Meerut district authorities appointed Bhuvneshwar Kumar as the main face of its Voter Awareness Campaign.

Nutramantra products
In the second half of 2018, this Ayurvedic skin and hair care brand launched an ad commercial with Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Bhuvi’s face is also visible on all the products made by the brand that cater to men.
