Medlife Asks People To Change Their Pharmacists

In India, online medicine sale is a relatively new concept, that is why to promote it, it is necessary to understand the thinking of an Aam Aadmi. Looks like Medlife has done just that.

Its latest TVC features a middle-aged man gossiping about everybody. In his morning exercise session, he tells his friends who suffers from what and who buys what. During the end seconds, it is revealed that the man is a local chemist. Thus Medlife gives the option of buying medicine online at the secrecy of your home.

The real name of the actor who plays the role of the chemist is Atul Srivastava. He was last seen in Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. This TVC has been shot by Soda films with Rajesh Krishnan as the director and Soho Square Bengaluru as the Advertising agency.

The ad was released in December 2017 and is being played under the campaign, #pharmacybadlo. Some local chemists have shown anger towards the TVC but their voices have been ignored so far.
