Berco’s GK1 setting an example of customer relationship

At the moment there are n number of restaurants and cafes in Delhi city who serve some amazing food. If you look at  Zomato or FoodPanda, you’ll get a rough idea of how competitive this industry has become. So, in order to stay ahead, one can not just rely on good food on the menu. Restaurateurs need to take extra efforts to make a good connection with their customers and believe me, this isn’t a difficult task.

A day before I ordered dinner from a Chinese & Thai Resturant, Berco’s (Delhi, GK 1) through the Zomato App. The food came before time. The delivery person carried a big smile on his face and said, ‘Your food is here maám’. A simple gesture, right? But that’s the thing with food. It tastes so much better when the person who is serving is happy to do it.

Due to this one action, I was already impressed with Berco’s. And then, they went ahead and lifted that image even higher by calling me today for my feedback on the food. Here is the thing, I use Zomato a lot and I have used it for various restaurants and cafes in Delhi. Not once have I received a call asking for my feedback. So, Berco’s surely deserves another point for that.

Amidst all of this, I have to mention that the food was excellent. As I always say, I am not a food critic to give the minor details but overall I did not find any flaw in the food. It looked fresh and was nicely packed.

Hopefully, others will also learn how a simple effort can give you a long term customer.

Good Job Berco’s
