On February 15th, 2017, Tanishq Jewellery came up with an alluring ad film for its bridal range – Rivaah. What is unfortunate is that in today’s time when social media is so active and flooded with women related topics, this film failed to get the rightful acknowledgement.
Conceptualised by Lowe Lintas Bangalore and made by Crazy Few Films, the advertisement shows the feelings that every father irrespective of his religion and demographic goes through when his daughter gets married. The feeling of pain, jealousy, excitement, concern, confusion is all carefully included in this TVC. And the best part is that every scene of this film had the product that it was endorsing. India’s diversity is used to show the wide range Tanishq jewellery.
Tanishq should have marketed this video in a better way. Especially with the wedding season still going on. We never saw this ad on TV or came across anything written on it on social media channels. The brand should try to benefit more from this film.
